Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product to us Please see below for more information on our return policy.

• 7 days return policy from the date of the delivery.
• We shall not entertain any requests for replacement, return or refund after 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.
• Product must be unused & packed in original packing, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

• Item will be inspected before processing the refund.
• Refundable amount will be deposited in your given account after receiving the product return.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUND PROCESS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange or refunfd . We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Note – Shipping Charges/Cash On Delivery Charges are not refundable service charges and will not be included in your final refund.

EXCEPTIONS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours from delivery). If you are unable to inform us within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund for the order. Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. matangperfumers.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
